Date: 2 April 2017
AnnanROMA - the most popular food, beer and wine festival in the Macarthur region – returns to the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan on Sunday 2 April 2017.
Returning to the event in 2017 will be new and improved “Eat Street” – the main avenue of delicacies stretching along the central circuit of the Garden from the playground to the entry of Lakeside Lawn where visitors can find their patch of grass and chill out to some great sounds.
This community event showcases the best food from restaurants in the Macarthur region, as well as the freshest local produce available. Organisers work with many of the area’s expanding vineyards and breweries to showcase the best wines and beers from across Camden, Campbelltown and Wollondilly.
The Macarthur region is one of the last remaining areas ‘food bowls’ close to the Sydney CBD – and the Gardens are proud to support the local industries that supply fresh produce to the Sydney market.
Macarthur also has a burgeoning food scene with foods from a variety of cultures on offer.
